PRICING AND VAT

All prices for activities, experiences or other goods as stated on this website are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate. Prices are subject to change at any time.

PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Goods and access to events, activities and experiences remain the soul property of Gunman Airsoft Midlands until paid for in full. Payment in full is required at the time of ordering / checkout. If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, or payment via services such as PayPal are unable to process payment or are subject to a charge back, we will treat the order as cancelled / incomplete / pending and ownership of the goods shall remain with Gunman Airsoft Midlands. If the goods have been despatched at the point of decline we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.

In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We also do not use or sell client details for the purposes of direct or indirect marketing.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it is more than 24 hours before the start time of any experience, activity of event. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order please call us on 01676532384.

Should Gunman Airsoft Midlands have to cancel an event or experience a full refund or replacement activity date will be offered to all clients.

We do not offer refunds or replacement activities if you miss a game day or are unable to attend an event you have booked if we have not been informed more than 24 hours in advance of the game day.

If the event or activity goes ahead as advertised and booked and you do not attend / participate and you have not contacted us more than 24 hours in advance of commencement of the event you are not entitled to a refund or replacement except in exceptional circumstances

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We not only endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved.

Our Media Team work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT INFORMATION

No contract will exist between you and Gunman Airsoft Midlands for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped or in the case of activities, events or experiences, your activity has been booked and paid for in full and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. In the case of activities, events and experiences we reserve the right to cancel your booking up to 1 hour before commencement with full refund being given and or vary the content of the activity on the understanding that you have been informed of these changes prior to the commencement of said activity, event or experience. These contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
